Medieval Celtic Sterling Silver Ceremonial Battle Sword set with 6mm Garnet, Moonstone, Citrine, or Amethyst. Measures 3" long and 1.5" wide at the hilt. This two handed sword features a full Ricasso, or false grip, for turning the sword faster in battle by gripping it above the hilt, with pointed Annellet's to protect the hand gripping this dull section of the blade. Also features a compound-hilt (complex-hilt) for a wider area of protection in battle. Features a half blade-length Fluke for added strength in the long blade, transitioning into a cut-out Fuller for a lighter blade-end, and to help focus the weight in the center of rotation. The Blade is engraved with an O and I on either side of the cutout Fuller, invoking both Osiris and Isis into the spirit of the blade. Cast in solid Sterling Silver weighing 8 grams. Other stones such as faceted Saphire, Amethyst, Topaz, and others are available on request. Built in Bale allows the sword to be hung from a chain or cord.
